This is one of the most popular and highly sought after amulet for protection in Thailand for many years even until today.
Introducing one of the most respected protection Takruts associated with Kruba Noi of Wat Sri Don Moon, Chiang Mai. Takrut Kasatorn has long been regarded within Southeast Asia as a powerful spiritual protection talisman, especially among those who work in risky environments or simply desire strong energetic safeguarding in daily life.
The word “Kasatorn” traditionally means to block, to deflect, or to prevent entry — symbolizing its role as a spiritual shield. This Takrut is crafted using sacred black wood, inscribed copper yantra, holy powders and consecrated materials sealed within. Each piece undergoes proper ritual chanting and blessing, especially during sacred retreat periods when spiritual discipline and empowerment are intensified.
Over the years, Takrut Kasatorn became widely known due to numerous accounts of protective experiences shared in Thailand. While such stories form part of its cultural history, this amulet should be understood as a spiritual support object — one that reinforces protection, resilience and avoidance of harm rather than inviting danger. It is traditionally believed to create a barrier against negative intentions, unseen disturbances, spiritual attacks and harmful influences, while strengthening the wearer’s inner courage and stability.
Beyond protection, Takrut Kasatorn is also associated with Metta Maha Niyom — a quality of natural respect and social harmony. Many believe it not only shields against harm but also reduces hostility from others and discourages negative intent. In that sense, it functions both as a protective talisman and as an aura-stabilizing charm.
In addition to its protective qualities, Takrut Kasatorn is also traditionally associated with luck, smooth progress and overall prosperity. Many believe that when obstacles and harmful influences are blocked, opportunities begin to open more easily. This Takrut is therefore regarded not only as a shield against danger, but also as a supporter of favorable outcomes, financial stability and steady advancement in life. It is believed to help the wearer move forward with fewer setbacks, attract supportive circumstances, and experience a more stable and fortunate path in business, career and daily endeavors.
This Takrut is suitable for those who travel frequently, work in high-stress environments, feel spiritually exposed, or simply seek an additional layer of protection and confidence in everyday life. It is not meant to replace wisdom or practical caution, but to complement them as a spiritual safeguard.
Comes with original temple box. Wear respectfully.

Historical Accounts & Reported Protection Stories
Takrut Kasatorn gained widespread recognition in Thailand after several highly publicized incidents were reported in local newspapers in 2007. These accounts contributed significantly to its reputation within Thai amulet circles.
In one widely circulated report from KhaoSod newspaper (2 September 2007), a man named Tongkam Jaiton reportedly experienced difficulty during a medical injection procedure. According to the article, the syringe needle repeatedly failed to penetrate his skin. He later realized he was wearing a Takrut Kasatorn and removed it before the procedure was successfully completed. Within Thai spiritual circles, this incident was interpreted as an example of the takrut’s protective influence.
In another report dated 19 September 2007, a local administrative officer named Mr. Tavorn Najak survived an attempted shooting. While leaving his office, multiple shots were fired at close range. Though a bullet reportedly grazed his head, he survived without serious injury. It was later noted that he was wearing a Takrut Kasatorn blessed by Kruba Noi. The incident further strengthened public belief in the takrut’s defensive qualities.
A third widely discussed case involved a fireworks-related explosion in Chiang Mai in June 2007. The property was severely damaged, yet the occupants escaped unharmed. The homeowner, a devotee of Kruba Noi, attributed his family’s safety to the Takrut Kasatorn placed on his altar at the time.
These stories — along with others published and shared within Thailand — played a major role in elevating the reputation of Kruba Noi’s Takrut Kasatorn. Images from that period show military personnel and individuals in high-risk professions receiving these takruts for protection. While such accounts form part of Thai amulet history and belief culture, they should be understood within their traditional spiritual context.
Beyond these well-known reports, Takrut Kasatorn is also associated with luck, Metta Maha Niyom (respect and social harmony), and general protective blessings.
